Service Description
Book an in-person appointment at Cactus Jewels Co and let us help you create the perfect custom jewelry piece. We will work with you to design and craft something special. We specialize in permanent jewelry and also provide services for private parties, events and pop ups. Let us know what you have in mind, and we'll make it a reality. Prices varies by chain and connector choices. There is a $15 deposit required at the time of booking. This will be subtracted from your appointment total. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so no less than 1 hour before your appointment. Late cancelations and no-shows may forfeit their deposit.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 1 hour in advance. As a by-appointment-only salon, we are on-site specifically for your scheduled time. This means that when you cancel with short notice or do not show up, we have already arrived, set up, and reserved that time just for you—resulting in lost time and resources. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee or require a deposit to rebook. There is a $15 deposit due at the time of booking. This will be subtracted from your appointment total. No-shows and cancellations less than an hour before your appointment time will result in forfeiting the $15 deposit.
